About Us

JR Poole Consulting was created to address the needs of colleges and universities who have trouble with faculty turnover, clinical placement and the need to hire untrained faculty for nursing labs and simulation. 

As a simulation and program director, I would send faculty to conferences and arrange for Webinars to try to get the faculty up to speed. However, I always received the same feedback. The training was great but I need something face to face and hands on. 

This is where we help.
